Steven Harp

Steven is the President, Owner, and Operator of Water Works Exterior Cleaning LLC, a leading professional soft washing and power washing company based in Tallahassee, Florida. His journey in the exterior cleaning industry began while he was a full-time paramedic and first responder. Starting with just a truck, trailer, and determination, Steven grew his part-time endeavor into a full-time business, employing a dedicated team and becoming a trusted name in the community.

Before starting his business, Steven attended North Florida Community College (NFCC) for EMT and Paramedic School. However, his career journey evolved with his transition from paramedic to entrepreneur. Steven's key accomplishments include expanding Water Works Exterior Cleaning, LLC into a thriving business that supports multiple employees and participates actively in community events. He is particularly proud of his company's involvement in local sponsorships, such as the Tallahassee Beer Fest, local sports, Second Harvest of the Big Bend, and various local charity events.

Driven by a commitment to his family and employees, Steven believes in the power of reliability and professionalism. His philosophy guides him: "If you answer the phone and show up and do what you say you are going to do and maintain a professional appearance, you will succeed." This principle, alongside his mantra, "ATDF - Answer The Damn Phone," underpins his approach to business.

He frequently enhances his pressure-washing expertise by attending industry conventions and staying current with the latest processes and procedures. Additionally, as a member of the Spray Wash Academy, he continues to learn and contribute to the professional community. Looking ahead, he aims to expand Water Works Exterior Cleaning LLC by adding one or two more locations in the next five to ten years.

Steven is supported by his loving wife, Cara, their son, Mason, and their beloved dog, Bailey. He enjoys watching football (as a devoted Nole fan), drag racing in his own car, and spending quality time with family and friends. Steven's story is one of dedication, growth, and unwavering commitment to quality and community, making him a respected leader in the exterior cleaning industry. He is excited about the potential growth and the opportunity to bring his high standards of service to new areas!
